18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement
In compliance with the Federal labeling and record-keeping law United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257, all models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at OgawaPics were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
OgawaPics is not the primary producer (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(A)(i) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(1)) of any of the visual content displayed on this website. However, with respect to such content, the records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and C.F.R. 75 are kept by the custodian of records of the primary producers.
By virtue of their age verification, all models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct on OgawaPics were over the age of eighteen years at the time such depictions were created.
